We understand the importance of face time with our customers – from personal interaction with the Chartering and Operations Manager up to the CEO. Our staff meet regularly with customers to review their short- and long-term needs, to assess our performance and ensure we can improve and expand our service.

Responsive Action

We are structured to react quickly to freight enquiries and cargo contract tenders, and to follow up on indications and offers. Our chartering staff across 11 commercial offices have authority and autonomy to respond to most requests.


As the largest owner and operator of quality Handysize and Supramax ships, we can offer a reliable, timely and flexible service at competitive freight rates.


We have the expertise and versatility to carry diverse cargoes, from traditional bulk commodities to specialised parcel and project cargoes. Our large fleet of interchangeable ships allows us to match or substitute vessels to meet our customers' specific requirements and deadlines.
